Chicken Casserole

Add milk and adjust consistency according to your preference. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Sauté onions in little water until soft. Add peeled and chopped tomatoes, cooked chicken pieces, fat-free chicken broth, chili powder, salt, cumin and oregano. Boil this mixture, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 to 6 minutes. Now spread half of this mixture on a greased casserole, tortillas, grated cheese. Repeat this layering again. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes. Uncover the casserole and sprinkle grated cheese and cook for another 5 minutes.
