Cook and drain noodles, brown ground beef in oil, mix canned and drained mushrooms, chopped pepperoni, pizza sauce and cheddar cheese. Mix well. Put noodles in the bottom of a greased casserole. Pour sauce over the noodles and top with grated mozzarella cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes till the cheese is bubbly. This easy casserole is an absolute favorite among kids.

* Taco crunch casserole: Brown hamburger and onions together. Add chopped green peppers and sauté for a while. Add frozen sweet corn, taco seasoning mix, and salsa. Mix well. Spread half of this mixture in a greased casserole, spread crunched chips and shredded cheese. Spread the remaining mixture and repeat procedure. Bake at 350 degree F for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
